Alright Mr. President, you've got to be fairly buckled up with your words, with what you put out publicly. They're looking to tie you up with anything they can. Any misstep or folly can add to the headaches you're facing.

It would take a very special person to “advise” Mr Trump.

Would love to witness members of that team locking horns with perceived legal 'experts' that regularly post here.

I mean, the deep state has done a thorough job of intimidating everyone from wanting to work for him.

Balls , it takes that to stand up for yourself when you know you’re right , and call out the bull shot no matter the consequences. Reach down and see if you have some .

OP definitely seems to be a more of a Starbuck's latte rather than a small town cafe black coffee person.

Interesting OP.

As it turns out, I know and had been friends with his new lawyer since the 90s.

He is an excellent lawyer so I'm hoping DOJ doesn't go after him but am worried now that the IRS and other agencies will.

Already articles out by msnbc , nbc and others ridiculing

What does this even mean? It also doesn’t address the fact that the complain around Trump, and DeSantis for that matter, is pathetic by grown age men who probably work low level jobs, if they work at all.

Dummy, this ain't deep state shite. It's lawyering 101. Keep your control over your client so as to minimize the damage his mouth can cause....or in this case his thumbs.

If I were his lawyer I would sit him down and give him the speech that I watched my boss give a client years ago.
"Your arse is in a crack. You hire guys like me because of it. I can get you out of this situation and minimize your upcoming pain. But, you must give me the requisite space to operate. That means keeping your fricking mouth shut until I tell you to open it. The government has mutherfrickers working for it. You came because I'm a mother fricker. Let me do my job.....or I can call legal aid and they can find you someone."

call out the bull shite no matter the consequences.

1. hes testing.
like a dog with a shock collar. maybe the battery is dead.

2. he thinks consequences are useful in the campaign.
how dare they.

3. he threatened the prosecution. he knows it, you know it.

I would suggest there’s probably something to be said for not giving in to the ridiculous charade that this is nothing but a “legal” case.

You are correct.

His mouth and ego are why he is in trouble today.

Has the same law firm represented him twice since he left office? Nobody wants to work for him after they have worked with him once it seems. Same for the members of his cabinet.
