Central vs Acadiana

I am hoping this game is not a repeat of last years 1st round pounding Acadiana put on Central. FWIW, this is NOT the same Central team as last year.

Central won last week with ZERO offense. I dont think the game is even close. Acadiana will win easy!

Were you there? Central should have had 21 points in the 1st half take away two dropped TD passes they typically make. Not to mention every time they made a chain moving play the Ref's took it away from them.
Brother Martin made one play the entire game and it was one which they snuck a WR in on a timeout who never went to the huddle and he streaked down the side line.
Central's passing game will not suffer near as much minus the 30 degree temps and strong North winds from last Friday nite.

Acadiana is better than last year. The QB is a real threat to run on the option, which makes their veer that much better.
I think Central may be in for a frustrating night.

Central's first trip to the playoffs in many a moon last year against Acadiana was an EYE OPENER!!!!
A huge influx of talent and experience to Central's roster should make them much more competitive this time around.

After watching them against Brother Martin, I think this will be a much better game than last year. Central's crowd will be rocking, and this is a much better team than last year. Sid will have em ready!

I remember Catholic running that play in 98 against us. We were both undefeated that season. Central ended up playing Barbe aka Justin Vincent who torched us for like 250 yards.
