It is telling that no one is refuting what he said. They just come here throwing mud at Dershowitz.

Dershowitz keeps claiming this is a First Amendment case. It is not. The indictment specifically states Trump has a right to voice his opinion about the election, and even lie about the election if he wants to. Trump is not being indicted for statements made in his Jan. 6 speech.

The First Amendment does not protect your right to commit a crime. If your speech is part of a fraudulent conspiracy, you aren't protected.

I think the indictment might be a stretch on fraud against the US, but you can expect to hear more evidence as co conspirators get charged in superceding indictments.

Dershowitz is getting senile. Jack Smith could shite on the floor in front of the judge and the judge would have an officer of the court scoop it up and put it in a glass display case.

Then the democrats on Capitol Hill can take turns displaying it in their offices.

It’s legally consistent to do so if you follow the absurd indictment of Jack Smith.
