Not sure what you read but they seem pretty confident he's going to Texas.

I think he's committing to LSU, it would be weird for him and Durham to schedule announcements the same day to different schools. I do think this recruitment still has a long way to go..regardless of where he commits now.

And if you want to see melts, Surly is the place to go. Orangebloods and 247 posters are boring dorks, 90% of which didn't go to Texas.

He was never going to be his coach because we have an outside linebacker defense ends coach.

This sounds exactly like what would happen in 2023

can we out bid texas and miami is the real question, don't be surprised if something changes literally last second

Different national insiders have said NIL isn’t a factor with Colin. It’s mainly distance to home and development. That cancels out Miami automatically. He wants his mother and brother to be able to make it to some games.

Our DL Coach leaves the facility in an ambulance.

What kind of character are you suggesting Simmons has? Most folks don't simply walk away when someone gets hurt on the field. Why would they do the same when their coach has a health issue? We want compassionate players willing to put everything on the line for their team-mates; that transcends to coaches too.

Uhh except he's not his coach yet and Simmons has no affiliation to the man.

We don't know if Lindsey's situation will factor in to Simmons' decision but I think your claim about him not being a high-character guy if this scares him off is not accurate.
