Just good people trying to make a $ right?
So sit on land for an eternity paying taxes on it instead of selling it to an LLC from the United States?

It’ll probably become the site of a Temu warehouse.

A Chinese firm is building a massive wind farm near Laughlin Air Force base in southwest Texas...
managed by GH America Energy, the U.S. subsidiary of the Chinese Guanghui Energy Company ...
Guanghui Energy is owned by Sun Guangxin, a Chinese billionaire who reportedly has ties to the ruling Chinese Communist Party....

If the federal government is having a hard time tracking actual buyers down, how are landowners supposed to do any better?

It’s no mystery at all. They know who bought it. They’re just not telling the public or reporters.

Would China let anyone buy land outside of their bases in China?
The answer you are looking at is No. They understand owning the ground that is under you feet.

Better check those turbines for cameras, ELINT, and EW warfare capabilities
At one point, The Chinese had antennas on cell towers around the missile silos in Idaho

Cool.
I have 50k acres in California that I am trying to sell. An agent representing a buyer comes to me and offers my asking price and stipulations. Whats the next mode of action for me there to make sure I am not selling it to some Chinese person thats shielded by multiple other companies?

Jones I respect your position. You are correct that the truly U.S. thing to do is make the deal and grab the cash. Believe it or not, THAT aint the part that bothers me. It's the hypocrisy of bashing the Chinese because they took our game and play it better. The Chinese are just saying "Hold my beer" with our baby Capitalism.

There's a key difference.
The U.S. is a nation. That nation has an economy.
China is a nation. That nation owns an economy.
