Happened to us on a return flight. We stayed at the end of a taxi way waiting to go to the terminal for a little over an hour waiting on a ground crew to guide us to the gate. It got miserably hot in the plane.

If I'm on a plane and it's 100+ degrees and you refuse to turn on the air conditioning, I'm fighting everyone including the pilot.

I think that's coming. Either that or it's time for people to start faking heart attacks or other cardiac events en masse..
