What is the boards opinion of them ? I was looking at both their running shoes and work shoes. Thanks in advance.

I have three pairs. I use the water shoes for the summer canoeing on the river. I have the sandals for every day wear during the summer. The HFS are my every day run shoes.

Love them. The HFS is the most comfortable run shoe I’ve ever owned. Now, the transition isn’t easy. It’s taken me over a year to get 80% of my mileage in zero drop shoes. You have to strengthen calves and feet.

I’ve been eyeing a pair for my next workout shoes but I don’t know much about them.

I got my first pair of xeros last week and did a long run in them. My calves were sore for days. I see this as a good thing because they forced me to run more naturally than I do in my regular running shoes. I've been running for years in my traditional running shoes (brooks) and have been dealing with a ton of different injuries from what I believe is heel striking.

I just got the Prio two weeks ago - had been dealing with months of plantar foot pain in my OnClouds that I wore for years walking a ton
Realized my old Allbirds that were much flatter helped my feet out so decided to take plunge on barefoot/zero drop

I like them a lot so far. Very roomy, natural feeling. I don't plan on running in them but they are very comfortable and I've been able to transition quickly. There really isn't any cushioning and most will have to adjust.
Will likely get more of these, also got some Altras to try out too

Slowly build your mileage. Also, do calf raises as much as possible. I use every flight of stairs as an opportunity to do calf raises.

I've been wearing Xero Prios daily at work for a couple of months now. If you like minimal sole footwear, you'll love these. I haven't tried running in them or anything like that.

I ordered my normal shoe size, and they fit great.

Almost made a thread on these the other day. Was wondering the same. I reckon I'll order the Prios now.

I have been wearing them daily for almost two years now. I love them! I have the Prios for woking out and the Hanas, Aptos and now the Glenns for daily wear.

I slipped on a pair of old Crocs that look like deck shoes to run to the store and my Med Archarch is definelty higher now than it was before. I guess that is good. My feet feel stronger if that makes sense.

I am looking at trying some different brands but I worry that I won't like them as much.

I have a pair I just use as an every day shoe or working out in the yard. My only complaint is that the outsole feels like I'm walking barefoot sometimes.

Have you ever heard anything about the Xero Inner Circle?

I think I'm signed up for that, but I haven't seen much from it. Don't see many Xero runners. I think there's three of us in my big group out of 100 or so.

They make it sound exclusive and by invite only. I was invited an accepted.

Supposedly they will email me once a month or so and and ask for input on colors and new styles of shoes and occasionally send shoes to try out. We will see.

I'm probably using them for the wrong activity tbh. The kind I have probably isn't for heavy yard work

I do like the brand though

What style are you wearing? I am having a tough time understanding what you meant in the previous post. The shoes are supposed to give you a "barefoot" feel.
