Anyone have suggestions for a local (BR) shop that will install Bilstein 5100’s I purchased online?

Anyone done this recently and have pricing?

The tire shop I used for my tires said they could do it but when I dropped the truck off to get them installed while swapping the tires it was clear they were over their heads.

Over their heads changing shocks??? You can do it dude if you have the right socket, a jack, and some tire ramps. relatively easy

It's best done with a coil compressor. Compressed coils contain a ton of potential energy and can really ruin your day and the rental ones are pretty sketchy.

DTB Auto in Port Allen could do it.

It’s simple. I swapped mine on an f150 in about 20 minutes

i use kaylon over at godso motorsports. he recently swapped my tires and added four new Bilstein shocks. they did my lift kit 2 years ago and i haven't had any issues. i highly recommend them.

he is located off industrialpex.

Kaylon at Godso does all my stuff and I recommend him.

He’s done stuff on my last few trucks and just did a 5.5 inch Carli back country2.0 with Deaver rear springs on my 2022 F-250.

So he can do socks for sure

I did mine on my 17 f250 in the backyard with hand tools. The front took a few minutes once i realized I needed an Allen wrench to hold it in place. We did all 4 in about an hour and a half.

My factory rear shock absorbers were going bad and causing crab walk issues when hitting bumps and it definitely improved that. Compared to the factory ride when new I can’t say I noticed a difference

They can change tires (assuming balancing and alignment) but they can't change shocks?

I probably wouldn't trust them with tires either. Shocks might be a little more complicated than an oil change.
