Name one SEC team that could win

starting their 4th string QB? This past spring our QB situation looked like this: 1)Perilloux 2)Hatch 3)Lee 4)Jefferson. Now we are at the point of playing Jefferson. Most of the season has been with our former 3rd stringer and some with our backup. Now, I'm not saying I'm happy by any means. Our defensive play has been a point of frustration most of the year. But, in an attempt to be objective, tell me who could possibly succeed, even with a solid defense, this far down the QB depth chart? No one.

I think your 100% right Jo. You should count RP as he was here for spring ball and he was in line this year to be #1.

We were counting on him to be the starter until the summer. Too late to do anything about it then. Besides, if you can name me a team that could win with a 3rd string QB, I'd be amused. It ain't happening...despite our other problems.

You can't compare counting Perrilloux to counting McCartney in this list. If you count McCartney it wouldn't mess up the order of the QB rankings any since he's behind them all.
So you're attempt at being a jackass has failed... sorry.
And you also spelled Perrilloux's name wrong and didn't even get McCartney's name right...

This kind of rational thinking will die a quick death here on the rant. If you find some level-minded board where panic and rampant negative/degrading comments aren't the mainstream, I encourage you to post it there.....
And get me the address of such site ASAP!!

Believe me, I'm as upset as anyone. I was at the last 2 games and saw performances (despite the comeback) which were near sickening in alot of ways. Still, truth is truth. No coach could count on 3rd and 4th team Qb's to win games. We entered the season in a tough spot and it only got tougher as the season progressed.

I don't really agree with that. The Ga. game was winnable with decent QB play. Bama would have easily been won and last night also was very winnable. Man, when you give the ball back to an offense as quickly as we have this season and give them that many more possesions, some bad things can occur. Our d does have issues though.
