Go to a psychiatrist. A real doctor, not a therapist.
They have spoken to people who feel exactly like you do. They have heard it before. It's extremely freeing when you hear the psychiatrist tell you why you're feeling the way you do and he explains to you the reasoning behind it. Then he can talk to you about how to help.
As others have said, if you've already seen one and didn't get anything out of it, try another. It won't hurt to go see a different one just to see if it can get better.
Also, if you feel like nobody will want to be with you and you have nobody, join a volunteer group. Make yourself important in someone else's life, whether it's helping kids in a hospital, the Boys and Girls club, a court advocate for kids, nursing home volunteer, etc. Give your life meaning by helping other people. You'll wake up knowing you are needed and you are going to help others.

The thing is I just don't know if I have that will. People talk about the will to fight through things, I don't know if I have that. Honestly I get pretty mad at God sometimes. That he cursed me with these things. Like why couldn't I just be given a normal body like most people? Why did I have to get the defective body? It makes me feel like I can't really participate in society many times or live a normal life.
Get a grip, man. Stop acting like a loser and playing the victim card every chance you get, and start exercising. It’s not that hard
Also definitely an alter after seeing the other 6 posts you made about the same shite

frick man you’re still young
You can get through all those conditions by changing your lifestyle.
Yeah it’s a little lonely at times for all of us (I’ve been there and felt that way as a single dad) but that doesn’t mean we stop fighting man. You can’t let this overwhelm you.
You need to find fulfillment with your life. Once you do, the down days will be easier for you to recover from

You need a change of scenery and perspective.
Your best years are not behind you unless you will that into your future. Go experience some shite. Go see the swiss alps. Go hum with some tibetan monks. Go help the poor. Change your perspective, get active, and go see some of the amazing things in this world.
You may be surprised at how your physical ailments entirely go away if your brains are in the right place.
I have seen multiple friends go through this and came through the other side baptized by the very change they SOUGHT with their actions. Godspeed, brethren.
Change won't happen until you put your first foot forward and don't look back.

Out of all my conditions you think GERD gives me away as some sort of alter? You do realize millions of people suffer from GERD/Gastritis/Gastrointestinal illnesses right?
It's not just the GERD. Those may as well all be the exact same posts with minor edits. What a weird schtick

I haven't read 12 pages of replies BUT please try a new therapist ... please try to find a different doctor (they're not all not caring) ... also, do you have a pet? If you can afford a pet, that could do wonders!

Everyone else around me gets to be normal while I'm always a few seconds away from another cough and/or clearing my throat. Heck I just did it in between posts now.
I've had a chronic productive cough for 5 years now. I'm 32 and need a double lung transplant. There is still hope brother! Maybe some therapy would help?

1. Begin by reading the Book of Job.
2. Compare your problems to Job's.
3. Pay careful attention to God's response.
4. Pray that you receive wisdom from His Word.
5. Apply that wisdom daily.
6. Prosper.

From one broken man to another. My heart breaks for you. My situation is completely different, new, and entirely self inflicted but i am with you in thinking all of things you are thinking about the prospects of a happy life being a thing of the past. From an earthly perspective i would encourage you to continue to seek different medical counsel until you find one that you feel cares. The only other thing you can do is hit your knees. It sounds cliche but when nothing on earth is working what other option do we have? If you want my contact info let me know. Im not good at deep advice but sometimes having someone to listen is helpful, even if it's just a way to pass a few minutes in a day where you don't know how you are going to make it through. God and i will be spending a lot of time together in the coming days, weeks, and months. I will use some of that time to pray for you. Best of luck brother
OP whatever you do, avoid this guy like the plague

I had a chronic cough most of my life and it was from GERD and take an over the counter PPI now and it knocked out the cough. Could be a simple issue like reflux. I forget to take the medicine and the cough comes back
I second this! Same here. The otc PPI changed my life! I went from a constant cough to NEVER coughing. Life changing.
Hope you are able to pull yourself out of the well. Find a good counselor. Find someone you can help out. I promise you that there are worlds of people who would trade their problems for yours.
Look for the light.
