How would you expect someone to try every watermelon in Baton Rouge in order to find the best? And that’s not even considering that it’s produce and the crop varies tremendously each delivery.

There’s a guy set up on Airline in Prairieville, near the old Sammy’s restaurant. He has Washington Parish melons. He’s asking $15 each.
