Before you say "Food Board", I've been banned since the chicken sandwich wars of 2021.

So what market/vendor has the best? I'm not driving half an hour out of BR.

How would you expect someone to try every watermelon in Baton Rouge in order to find the best? And that’s not even considering that it’s produce and the crop varies tremendously each delivery.

Me. Bobby at corner of Bawell and Glenmore in Baton Rouge. He’s there most afternoons with his sugar land watermelons.

There’s a guy set up on Airline in Prairieville, near the old Sammy’s restaurant. He has Washington Parish melons. He’s asking $15 each.

The seedless ones at Wal mart are sweeter than they were at one time.
