So say that wasn't a cop, but a civilian. And the same exact situation plays out, it should be open and shut case of self defense, right?

Do you think it wouldn’t? Have there been a bunch of civilians with a bodycam running to show a man rolling up with a mask and a gun opening the door and getting shot like that?

It wasn't a carjacking, but the guy in Texas got convicted of killing a protester that came up to his car with a mask on and pointed a gun at him. I wouldn't trust a prosecutor or jury these days.

Instant justice. He’ll never do that again.

Some of you want so badly to blame the police for everything. This ain't one of those times. Be sure to throw "BOOTLICKER" into your next post.
Info on the shooting.
Detective Matthew Hayden was conducting surveillance of a home for a separate case in an alley near Griffiths Avenue and North 22nd Street around 1:30 p.m.
The body camera footage shows Jaggers, who is wearing a black mask, running up to the undercover officer and opening the driver's side door. He then points a handgun inside the car..

He probably would have gotten away with it if he didn't post all over social media about wanting to kill a protestor haha

That happened here in Louisville.
The cop was on a stake out watching someone's house when the dumbass tried to carjack him.

quote:No, lol. Cops right to self defense is more important than “civilians”.
