Also, I’m in favor of kids going to school year round. Take 2 week breaks at various times throughout the year but year round just makes more sense.

With the increased need for a 2 parent household; I am surprised there aren't more people pushing for this. Of course, you'd have the teacher unions pushing back because they need their 10-15 week break

I'm shocked there isn't a bigger push for year-round school. The current setup is completely antiquated.

I’m in favor of year around school but I also don’t believe that it will move the needle in terms of performance. We operate in an antiquated Prussian education model that needs to change.

Making a 10 year old boy sit in a desk in a row for seven hours a day isn’t going to yield results.
