Same way that most Saints season ticket holders live in St Tammany Parish

Meh I think now it’s about an equal split between Orleans, Jefferson, and St Tammany… all at about 30%. 10% live elsewhere

No, that was last year. There are 4 hub cities this year; Birmingham, Detroit, Canton, and Memphis. From what I’ve read they plan on all teams playing in their home cities next year.

I'm not sure where they would play in New Orleans, if the Saints don't allow it. The Saints basically control the Dome, and, while they don't control Yulman, it is Tom Benson Field at Yulman Stadium. That won't happen without the Saints agreement, much less all the conflicts Tulane would have with baseball, graduation, and NIMBY issues.
