What is best shirts that you recommend for running during the summer? Normally will be just running between 3-6 miles and would like to know the board’s favorite?

Depends on how much you sweat or care about sweat. Getting hot is the goal.
I will run in anything from a sweatshirt to shirtless depending on my goals.

Huh? Shirt is off this time of year. I run when it gets down to low teens here and I'm usually not happy that I wore sleeves by the end of it. I'm making ice crystals on the clothes and the beard. I get hot walking out to get the mail.

If I run in a shirt now my nipples will rip off.

Another vote for shirtless.
I go no shirt down to the low 60s, maybe even high 50s. Anything colder and I go long sleeve shirt.

Regular t-shirt works fine for me

I guess to give an actual answer, Patagonia Capilene Cool Lightweight is my favorite. They’re pricey but worth the money.

Why sweating is beneficial?

I usually went shirtless but would wear dri-fit Ts and they were fine but would be soaked when I was done.

Which do you find better the Salomons or the Brooks ? Thanks everyone for the responses.

I prefer the Salomons. They fit great and are very light. The Brooks are “baggier” and flop around where the Salomon is more form fitting.
