I like foie gras but in very limited doses. I have to be pretty hungry to handle the richness too.

We did a tasting at Uchi years ago and they said “we’re just going to keep bringing until y’all say stop”. After like 14, I was dying and totally tapped out.

So she said she was going to bring something that acts as dessert. And it was foie gras nigiri. Something like that is the absolute last thing they should have given to act as dessert. I thought I was going to throw up on the table.
