Some are still missing, which really should concern you but it does not. Vladimir or the Saudis likely have it, probably still in the gift wrap.

Not that it matters because the PRA supersedes prior unspecified law (PRA is specific in this matter), it should be real easy for Jack to produce these documents for the defense and court as required by law, right?

If he already declassified it during his presidency then took it to MAL it would have the status of declassified. That is the purpose of the process so it doesn’t have to be done again
