Agreed. Arrests impeachments need to happen. But read the letter. The most Senior FBI guy in charge of the raid of Trump is a whistle blower saying they broke every common procedure in the raid itself.
Any lawyers care to opine if the raid itself being below board makes any criminal charges moot?
And or the President storing documents (keeping classified documents to write books even) is as old and tried as Cooter Brown?

I really think the strategy here is they know the GOP won't impeach Biden. As the process was ruined with Trump twice.
The DOJ will dodge and say "ongoing investigation". Then like Barr said regarding SpyGate-- the statute of limitations will have run out.
They cannot arrest a sitting President will be the excuse and by the time anything happens Biden will be dead or pardoned by Newsome & VP Oprah.

No, the only way this kind of shite will stop is when you start locking these assholes up. We had 6+ years of investigations and special counsels detailing horrendous behavior by these agencies and not one person was held accountable. It’s 2023 and this shite started all the way back in 2015. Until you perp walk these assholes they’ll keep right on doing what they do

I would prefer that they *do* something. Charge someone with contempt of Congress; blow up the budget deal until the charges are dropped; impeach Garland or Biden; get state prosecutors to charge Hunter Biden with crimes, whatever. The Dems didn't stop at hearings and letters, they impeached Trump twice, and have indicted him twice. They have made clear they are going to do anything and everything till Trump is done, if not dead. The Repubs keep sending sternly worded letters and playing outrage games to raise campaign contributions.
