Webb's fairways are the best I've ever seen (not saying a lot), but they are really solid right now. Greens not so much as they are pretty much average right now for Webb.

It looks good from the road. I pass it everyday on way to work

You failed to mention the major excavation work on hole 1.

That sink hole finally caved in? Is the one on 7 still an issue?

1 is playing as a par 3. Excavating a huge tench line

7 seems to be repaired if you means left if the green.

Greens were cut a little thin few weeks ago and couple got burnt but overall rolled great and worlds better than spring

Fairways and rough in great shape

Played BC on Sunday and it was in a lot better condition than last time. Greens were back to normal BC conditions for the most part. Fairways are still tight IMO, but they always are. For $31 to walk it is still one of the best deals around BR for the quality of play.

I played this afternoon around 5:15. Was hot as balls, but the course is in great shape. Hole 1 is back to normal. I played last week and the greens were fine, and they are even better now. Fairways are great also. It's always been one of my favorites and I'm glad to see it in good shape. $27 super-twilight to ride and play is almost a steal

Love BC. That stretch of holes 12-14 might be the toughest in the area.

Also add 10-12 at Greystone and 10-12 at The Island to the give me fits list

#12 and #14 are by far the two hardest on the course for me. #12 has zero forgiveness and #14 I still haven't figured out the best way to play it.

Clark’s fairways have come in and the greens roll nice

For 20 bucks, you won’t find a better deal right now.

For whatever reason, this particular summer I have a slight fade on my drives and that has played perfectly on 14. I actually hit one last week that rolled up to within about 10 yards of the muck. I will never hit a better shot, ever.

Last summer when my drives had a slight draw, that hole was a bitch

Beaver Creek; it’s like Squire Creek but worse.

What makes 12 difficult at BC?

Narrow fairway with hazard and OB on both sides. Second shot to a semi elevated narrow green that has a bunker on the left and if you get a bad kick on right side it can leave a difficult pitch into the flag depending on pin placement.

Webb is horrific

The greens would be better if they tilled then up and just made rolled sand greens and tried again next year. It really isn't worth putting

I played it Tuesday after work. Fairways are nice, tee boxes not bad, but man you’re right. Greens are dirt and poa. Really sad because it was in great shape 2-3 years ago. I only played 1,2,3, and then joined up with two baws and played 8&9. Two young guys that could rake! Not sure if they are posters here but was nice to play with strangers that were very respectful and great golfers.
