Anyone been out there recently…how’s the course? Thinking of making a drive to play but wanted to see if it was in decent shape.

I was told by a couple guys this weekend that it’s been in good shape. Second hand intel but just wanted to share what I heard.

Played Labor day weekend and it was in great shape imo. Now I know a guy who is a member and he says while its still great it's not as good as it has been.

Was awesome to watch the PGA Tour out there.

always wanted to play where the pros played and got to after qualifying for the Mid Am. 79/92 missed the cut for Sat by a mere 15 shot.

The year Crenshaw won, we were standing next to the ropes on a Par 3. He had a decent look for birdie and missed. He came stand right next to me and I said something like “come on Ben, I came all this way to watch you putt and you miss?” He laughed and said “keep watching” he went on to beat a euro dude. Maybe Constantino Rocca?

They redid them so they should be good. Love the layout.

The course was in great shape! Fairways were plush. Rough was juicy and the greens were fast. Bunkers were pretty good too.

I really like that course a whole lot more than TPC Louisiana. Much better fan experience, so naturally the PGA Tour moved the event elsewhere.
