Jarius Byrd was probably the worst considering contract and hype. Tebucky Jones was terrible too. Rafael Bush started about a dozen games for us over a few years, but he did what he could and it was more of a talent issue.
Saints have actually had pretty decent Safety play over the years. Brett Maxie, Dave Waymer, Sammy Knight, Jay Bellamy, Malcolm Jenkins, Vonn Bell, Roman Harper, etc.
The current starting tandem may actually be one of the worst combos in recent history.

He actually wasn't that bad, until he got here.

While the others mentioned were are really crap for us, Bullocks was the WORST I've seen play here.
** Wasn't he and Jason David in the same backfield?

Byrd is a prime example. Perennial pro-bowler to bum as soon as he put on the black and gold.

Fair, but if Byrd gets put on here than Kevin gets no passes lol

Even though we had a really good defense in 2000, Darren Perry was washed and was pretty slow.
He would be an under the radar pick in my opinion.

Tyrann Mathieu and Marcus Maye were both pretty bad for us last year
