But they clearly did care when catholics complained. They cared so much that they removed this group from attending.

Becoming more and more a fan of NHL ...or at least the players

This is a completely emotional false equivalency and you know it

Christian churches, save a few extreme churches like Westboro, have never mocked gays as some sort of policy position.
I also find it interesting that these groups never go after the one religion that overtly states that the penalty for anything other than heterosexuality is death.

u realize the Dodgers are in LA right? Likely one of the most liberal/gay/trans/etc., friendly places in the country.
Before every politician fell over themselves supporting gay marriage, didn't Los Angeles vote it down, only to have a judge overrule it?
I know it was somewhere in California.
Either way, this is more about sticking it to the people they hate as opposed to supporting gay pride. A lot of gays go to church and wouldn't support this.

if we’re honest. this has absolutely nothing to do with their interest in baseball.

The bible may tell us to love thy neighbor, but the constitution gives us the same freedom of expression as these drag nuns are using to ridicule them.

Yet the group is still invited back anyway, which proves his point.
The only time people give a shite what Christians think is when those dastardly Christians say "I won't give you my money or time due to this". Then they care.
Progressives know where their bread is buttered. The people they hate are the same people they rely on to fund all of their fantasies.

The only people who watch the dodgers are tourists and affluent LA types.
No love lost.
No love lost.

Because the group hosting the event threatened to pull out otherwise. It was either cancel the entire event or invite them back.

Do you know the definition of"mocked"?
Christians have had opinions, criticized, 'judged'(not really) etc., But not really mocked those types.

I disagree. I said Christians, not the churches themselves, though even you’ll admit that some have. It’s not a false equivalency at all to compare the behavior of Christian individuals and the behavior of gay individuals. If gays mocking Christians is an attack, Christians mocking gays is an attack.

I would find it more interesting if Islam were the dominant political force in this country. I imagine people spend very little time mocking Christian power structures in India, for example. If I posted a poll on the PT right now asking if the US is a “Christian nation”, I would probably get 95%+ responses saying yes. The overwhelming majority of US legislators are Christian. Etc, etc.
I don’t spend my time engaging in satirical mockery, but if I did, I probably wouldn’t focus on people who hold little to no power over my every day life, no matter how much they wanted me dead.

I'm not sure this will register with you
But claiming "attacks on Christians" exist in relation to evidence of celebrating a group that attacks Christians is objectively true and it's not a double standard to acknowledge that regardless of what Christians may or may not have done.
I hope that helps.
