east of Downtown Jackson across the Pearl River.[2] It is located in Rankin County between the suburbs of Flowood and Pearl,[4] whereas the city of Jackson is located in Hinds County.

This is info from website. The airport is owned by the city of Jackson it’s not located there ya big dummy.

That’s kinda wild, because the address is 100 International Dr., Suite 300, Jackson, MS 39208.

Twilight zone, I guess. Is there more than one Jackson International Airport?

No, I’m a correct motherfricker, who was told this by a knuckle dragging, slack jawed, Jackson, Mississippi retard:

You were never in Jackson or Hinds Co. and you certainly did not almost die. The Jackson airport is in Pearl. Why post something that is 10000% inaccurate?? You obviously don’t know of which you speak, yet you bother to post on an Internet forum??? From your shitty assed ignorant post, I kinda sorta in a nice kinda way wish you had died.

Enjoy.

The Jackson airport is surrounded by the rankin county but it technically belongs to the City of Jackson so if you want to say you successfully survived Jackson then you are technically correct. But you have to drive to a totally different county to get to the real Jackson.

My wife was working on her phd at the university med school in J. Part of the study was to evaluate the type of housing the participants lived in. She road through (with another female) some bad neighborhoods, totally oblivious. Police stopped them and told them to stop and never return. Thought they were looking for drugs of men. Political had received numerous calls of 2 while women driving real slow

Ridgeland is where the whites migrated after being run off from Jackson.

Ridgeland is probably next.

Ridgeland, Pearl and Clinton are the next to fall. This is in the next 10 years or so. Flowood will be next, but it'll be 20 or 30 years.

Madison has a long term tyrant Mayor who doesn't put up with shite and has fought apartments for decades. She is stickler for code enforcement and widely considered not able to be bought. Madison will be the last to fall.

39042 Brandon is kind of out of the way and will continue as is.

So bad that the Feds had to take over water and sewer and the State had to take over law enforcement for what's left of the decent parts of the city.

Don’t forget they went without trash collection for an extended time because the mayor wanted a company to take over that he could get some kickbacks from.

The airport itself is Jackson. That was created by special dispensation of the legislature when it was built in 1960. It is IN Rankin County, surrounded by Pearl, Flowood, and Brandon. The airport is Jackson, it's just not contiguous with the rest of Jackson. Dumbasses.

Cracker Barrel’s close down relatively frequently. Usually it’s to upgrade their digs.

I feel like I’m Jackson it was to escape crime.

A nice shooting area would be nice too.

You mean a shooting area other than the entire city?

Um, an 18 wheeler is hauling off the sign today. The doors have a sign that says permanently closed.

Did they have a 15% service charge if groups of more than 2 people sat at a table? That's how you know.
