You either force her to make staff changes or walk the plank. She deserves the strong arm from Woodward to make changes or else.

“Good enough” can’t be the standard every year. One or two years when you have a bad roster yea sure. But when you’re expected to make runs (at least winning your own damn regional) you need to follow through.

I don’t think everybody makes the cut here. Either it’s Torina or her staff

Dude the team literally fails earlier every single year and has for about 6 years now.

We went from going to OKC 3 straight years, to getting eliminated in supers but at least being competitive, then to getting swept in supers, now we can't even win our own Regional.

The regression is apparent and if you can't see it then you need to get your head out of your arse.
