Josh Freese confirmed as the new drummer in the Foos

Not surprising to many, Josh Freese will be taking Taylor's place. Sad they have to replace Taylor, but IMO Josh is the perfect person. Heckuva drummer and a cool guy as well.

Probably the best fit I could think of, as well, but Josh does wear a lot of hats. Hasn't stopped Cameron, yet, so more power to him.

Nope, full time drummer for the Foo until Taylor's son is out of highschool, and that's just a guess he joins.. but Freese dropped off the Danny Elfmann shows, left the Offspring last year, hasn't played lately with the Vandals and I don't know when or if Devo will tour again

I saw Freese a few times with A Perfect Circle. He is awesome on the drums and puts on a show.

Totally useless fact.. Josh Freese is currently the youngest full time member of the Foo Fighters at 50 years old.

Here’s another useless fact: Josh played drums on Brian “Head” Welch’s solo album in 2005…Christian metal.

I want APC to tour again so badly. I saw them in Austin last time they were here Oct 2018 at COTA.
Probably won’t happen any time soon with Freese touring with Foo and Tool touring as well.

Freese left APC in 2012 boss. last played with them in 2011.
