LSU on Jordan brand

With ND’s deal with Under Armor expiring and them hitting the market for a new brand, it has me thinking what if LSU moved from Nike to Jordan brand?
It seems to be going well for Oklahoma and Florida. I can imagine recruits love it too. How would LSU gear look with that jump man?

Let’s say the options are adidas UA or Jordan. What’s the choice

I’ve not paid attention to brands in college sports.
Anyone want to educate me on how important this is?
Not a ‘no one cares’ question, just curious about what the difference truly is regarding:
-Dollars
-contracts
-On field results/performance
-Off field perception

Nike not even close bro
UA is the worst followed by Jordan brand the football uni’s are terrible
Adidas decent but Nike makes best sports uni’s in the business and it’s not even close(the uniforms are so slick and sleek, looks like the players wearing the uniform run faster lol f real)

Nike is the greatest sporting company around.

Seeing the Jordan logo on football unis still feels weird to me.

Can that be quantified or is it a “hey those look cool” remark?

Right?! There are very few programs that have fallen further faster than Florida

They're part of the Nike family. Only thing that's different is the logo for most of their stuff. The cleats are probably the big difference.
LSU is also one of the few prototype schools that get all the stuff Nike eventually wants to try out across their brands.
For example: FSU is getting a new style of jerseys called the Vapor F.U.S.E. (I heard rumors of LSU getting similar stuff) and they will be getting feedback on how the gear performs.
It would probably never happen to LSU for football. It could happen for basketball. To a degree, they also have to realize that the fans will want to purchase the gear they're selling, and I can't imagine Louisiana residents wanting to switch from Nike to Jordan.

From a very basic review, Nike pays LSU, Georgia, USC and Alabama between 3 and 5 million per year.
South Carolina gets about 7 million a year from under armour. UCLA get's 18 million a year from under armour
Adidas pays Washington and Nebraksa about 12 million per year.
Jordan pays around the same as Nike
You have to keep in mind that a brand like Nike doesn't need to go out and sign nebraska to a 12 million dollar per year deal.

Is there any difference between Jordan brand and Nike brand jerseys?
Nike owns Jordan Brand. It’s just a marketing thing.

Adidas makes horrendous football gear. The baseball gear is almost as bad as well.
They're better off making soccer & basketball gear.

Under Armour
Having gone through high school in the late 2000s, Under Armour was THE brand kids wanted to get into. It was on par with Nike for football. It still have a strong brand with football.
