Anyone know the status of Sarah Strong and when we will know where she is going? Seems odd to wait so long to commit to a school.
I found a March ESPN article saying she was down to UConn, Duke, and NC. If thats true then it looks like the tigers have been eliminated as a destination.

UConn was the early favorite for Strong over a year ago, wih rumors of being a silent commit. I wonder why she waited so long to commit publicly? So odd.

it's not so much about the assist as the ability to create and breakdown defenders is what you look at.

Poole, HVL, and Valez gone with Reese headed to the W. With the pickups we have already gotten we still need what 3 players to feel good about depth?

I watched every USA Olympic game of the Americas Cup that had Angel Reese, Lauren Betts, Rickea Jackson, Raven Johnson, etc. Deja Kelly was a ball hog, always with the worst shot selections at the wrong time. I think she shot 19% for the tournament. She was practically responsible for the USA losing to Brazil & Cardoso.
Flash forward to last week, I watched UNC lose to SC and no surprise, Kelly shot 15% in a loss. She's another "name" with no game.

She’s a career 36% fg shooter and shot @ 28% and 29% from three the last two years.

I agree. But if she wanted to come she could be a decent depth piece. She’s also easy on the eyes.

They have 5 more spots (Izzy is a walk on) but they will prob have no more than 13-14 on the roster next season.
