Prob won’t play the game tonight. We need the work tho and we need the weaker competition to get the bats going. Hopefully they get the game in because we need a confidence booster

I actually think time off would be good after the grind they have been through. Some of the guys looked tired, or not as much energy.
Sometimes time away is refreshing. Get some cage work in. Get some video work in, look at mechanics.

Northwestern State has beaten us pretty regularly lately, including last year. We could use the rest. Auburn didn’t have a mid week game last week. The extra rest really showed, I thought. Especially the bullpen pitching.

I bet they play this game, especially if Northwestern is already down here. Rain chances seem to diminish after 6 so may not start at 6:30 but I bet they get the game in.

they should just reschedule to 7/7:30 to allow for an extra hour of field prep or if the rain lingers a little bit longer. Really hope they don’t just cancel it
