Sounds like a grifter. How shocking.

That's his modus operandi. He sues various companies claiming racism, hoping that they will pay him to go away.

He got his wealth from shaking down cable/satellite companies. He would sue them for not carrying his TV channels that no one has heard of, claiming they weren't carrying his channels because they were racist and were discriminating against a black man. Most of the cable/satellite channels folded and started carrying his channels that no one even heard of or watched.

I guess he'll use the legal system to extort advertising.

Truly a business model for the current state of affairs.

Apparently he was also submitting a bid to buy the Washington Commanders.

Good lord I hope the nfl doesn’t accept his bid and he sues the nfl for racism and they both waste billions litigating with each other.

It must really suck to get offended by a letter.

Is a letter equal to:

A bottle of syrup
A rope hanging in a garage
A statue

Etc

If the Weather Channel weren't bad enough it's ownership engages in frivolous lawsuits and economic racial terrorism.

What an idiot. It was the popular thing to say at the time. Corporations are going to hire companies they think is the best fit for them. You can't just expect them to hire you because of your race, if your business can't provide what they need then frick off. Or you can adapt your business so that you are able to provide what they need.

People who think they will get something just because are idiots. Its lazy thinking. Build your business so you can get these big jobs, no one gives a frick about your race, they care about paying someone to do a job they need done.
