They won't:
-collect $50,000 in income tax
-collect $50,000 in property tax
-collect $10,000 in sales tax
-businesses won't have his $$
-probably some housekeeper, gardener, etc, lose a gig

And so on. How much do you contribute?

Multiply Chachi by several hundred thousand (if not several million) and California has a real problem. Too bad many of those fleeing California are human locusts who'll destroy whatever communities to where they emigrate.

Unlike Lefty snowflakes who vow to leave if Trump, W or who ever gets elected, Scott is a man of conviction.

And he’s not alone. Try to keep up with current events.

Not get a dime more in taxes. Same as the hundreds of thousands more that have, or are, fleeing the idiocy that is California for the exact same reasons.

Continue to drop in education rankings. Californians are illiterate.

He sold his $4m house...indicating he must still make/have some money. So, I would imagine he is taking all of his taxable income with him.

He, along with all the other rich people moving out, will be missed when they try to support all of the low-income and illegals remaining in the state and enjoying the weather.

Well, not everyone is as relevant as a guy who use... *checks notes*... "Robert Romanus" as his avatar.

You can laugh now, but the dude was in one of the biggest TV shows of all time and played the title character in two more very well known ones. It's not like he was, uh... Robert Romanus.

Yeah because Baio is the only one leaving...

quote:

Last year, California’s population decreased for the first time in recorded history and it lost a congressional seat. The state is starting to develop a two-tiered society, with higher-income, educated tech workers clustering in the major coastal cities while lower-income, less-educated workers are relegated to the interior of the state or forced out altogether. Now, a new study finds that business headquarters are also leaving the state at a record pace.

Forbes

quote:

More than two dozen California-based companies moved their headquarters to Texas last year, with Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin topping the list of TX metros that became the new home for these CA firms.

Globest.com

quote:

According to the U.S. Census, California lost the 2nd most residents in the country April 2020-July 2021 population estimates (only behind New York).

back in his prime, Baio was a legendary poon hound. Maybe the tap has dried up now that he's in his 60s.
