How is your company planning for alphabet letter month?

Our company already encourages pronouns in our e-mail signature.
I don't participate, because my sexual preference does not define me. We're all human beings first, sexual beings second.
What I do on my own time away from work should not matter at WORK. No one gives a shite. And it's not anyone's business. Judge me on the merits of my work. Unfortunately, our company (and probably a lot companies) have caved to the one percenters.
Our company is planning to fly pride flags and represent the colors of the queers. And last but not least, hosting conference calls to talk about inclusion.
I won't be joining.
