If we get Morrow:

Reese
Van Lithe
Flaujae
Morrow
M. Williams

Smith
Poole
Poa
Del Rosario
Bartlett

That’s pretty solid.

85% of the WBB fans can’t name a single player outside of the new big 3

To be honest, I hardly knew any of them at the beginning of this season….but it was fun getting back into the sport. Unfortunately, now I can barely name 5 on the men’s roster.

Looking forward to next season.

Haven't even seen the schedule yet. Not that it matters. Odds are they'll slip up somewhere along the way. Just hope it's not in the tourney.

Damn, just thought about this and it's true for me as far as naming the 5 on the men's roster. I can even do 5 on the women's roster now.

As a kid of the 90s and huge fan of some of the great teams of the 90s and 2000s, that's just crazy to think about. I used to know almost all the player's names on those teams.

Bet I can tell you at least 13 schools on that schedule. What can I say, I have ESPN. I’m the next Notre Damous.

UConn might be the only team with a chance to beat them, if they play each other in the tournament

Crazy. Most fans who are honest are in the same boat.

UConn on a neutral court in Nov will likely beat us.

It will take awhile to get this talented assemblage to play like a team. CKM will do that, but I doubt we'll be undefeated.

PS I am a season ticket holder have have been these past 2 seasons. I can name quite a few WBB players at LSU then and upcoming.

Does Vandy have a women's basketball team? I can never remember. I think it's softball they don't have.

This question can be laughed off in pretty much any sport, except women's basketball. Much less parity, and if LSU gets Morrow, I think any loss would be... Surprising. Put it that way.

As it stands, I think LSU should be the favorites right now over UConn, and an undefeated season is well within possibility. I don't think people are talking enough about how much of an impact Mikaylah Williams will have. The media is so focused on the returning players, Van Lith, and who else we might get in the portal, that they seem to forget that the number 1 high school player in the country is coming in, and she doesn't look like someone who is going to need time to develop.

She's not going to be as good now as she'll be later, of course, but she's not a project who's going to come in and show flashes, while looking lost half the time like a lot of highly decorated freshman play at first.

If they get Morrow? I don't know if even Geno has had a more talented roster than that, while he's won his 137 national titles.

UConn is stacked too. With all the new cogs, it will take LSU a month or two to find its groove. With that in mind, LSU and UConn will likely meet next November in the Cayman Classic. If we land Morrow, that potential UConn game might be the last opportunity for an opponent to tag an "L" on this team. They should get stronger together as the season progresses.
