So he puts a utility man in Hensley at DH over Yainer and leaves himself a bench of Bannon and two catchers...
Exactly. Hensley can play all over, or easily play 2B and move Dubon around if someone gets hurt... so burn his glove entirely. Makes sense.
Diaz in theory can play a few spots, but we know Dusty doesn't agree.

Blummer is away today and tomorrow. Sparks will be in the booth today and Julia tomorrow.

Dude's not getting it done. They could've saved a ton of money by resigning Yuli

He's angling at bypassing Maldy for my disdain. We know exactly who Maldy is. He shouldn't be in the lineup but you know he's a garbage hitter and he's going to hit .170.
Abreu is being paid $19 million for so far being a slappy all arms ground ball machine. He's last years version of Dubon.

Has anyone watched Astros batting practice lately? Is Abreu physically capable of hitting it out anymore?

The excuse is he's a notoriously slow starter, and he'll wake up in June

You can't hit a home run on a groundball

He's not hitting the ball hard at all.

Good luck hitting Rasmussen if the umpire is going to call inside balls a strike.

Y'all see Maldy jerk his glove from the lower edge of the zone all the way to the top of the zone?

Jinxed by Blum.
Talk about Dubon swinging more than anyone, and only like five more pitches thrown in the inning. Including a base hit and Tucker supposedly being more patient (though he did hit a shot right at the guy)

We may regret that first inning failure.

They definitely will. Dusty should have been given a farewell tour after the title.
