Perhaps…like maybe just this once…BRPD & EBRPSO should prepare themselves for the expected street show BEFORE this crowd of degenerates decides to shut down intersections and start peeling out.

I know on Aster street it sounded like Beruit at about 6 pm. Hyabusas burning out and doing about 100mph, Chargers doing donuts and racing. 200/300 people in swim suits with bottles of booze walking in street from The Sterling. Ambulance at The Sterling with cop cars and it wasn’t even dark yet. It gonna be lit tonight!
