Of course she failed twice. Myers was hanging out at the DA's office for a year and a half waiting to be a prosecutor. Her website says she's been a prosecutor in the EBR DA's office since 2010. This is another lie from Myers. She was a glorified clerk until finally passing the Bar in July 2011.

Why does it matter? She graduated with a JD, passed the Bar and has been a practicing atty since.
Why does it matter? Call me crazy but I prefer judges who are able to pass the minimum competency test required to practice law in less than 3 tries.

Is this a joke?
No. After practicing ten years (now 15), why would my grades in law school matter? I am a licensed attorney so there's your proof and check my references for my work product. What I did in torts as a 1L or even 3L does not matter. But you have old out of touch partners, i.e. 55 plus who think the old school way so they want this info because people wanted it from them. Eventually, I got to point in my career where I pick where I work and asking for my transcripts is a red flag for work culture.

I won't go so far as to call you crazy, but you are obviously a political operative.

Safe to say that doesn't make sense unless she failed once or more likely twice. Correct?
Beats the hell out of me. The Louisiana Bar Association isn't the kind of bar I associate with. We're just saying you can't assume anything without facts. I don't have a dog in this fight because I don't know who Louise Hines Myers is or what political position she is gunning for.

My brother:
LSU Law School
Started work at big law firm in Houston after graduation
Texas Bar - passed
2 years later Louisiana Bar - required due to his work at firm in Houston
Different reasons for everyone - sound like the person passed - no biggie

Obviously no doubt she failed twice.
