Bonus questions for you. It seems that censorship doesn't exist now at Twitter- (correct me if I'm wrong). Now that Elon Musk owns twitter- has the government stance changed or has the company stance changed? Who or what instituted this change? What allowed this happen? He paid $44 billion for Twitter. It’s worth about $20 billion now and he acts like he doesn’t give a damn. I think he bought it just to troll people and it’s hilarious.

2. NASA has done it already (multiple times)
3. NASA is mainly a gov't contractor, focusing more on procurement and management than engineering. SpaceX is one of many companies hired by NASA for specific task.
4. NASA is the purse.
