The sleep has been awful. Waking up at 2:00 nearly every night for about two weeks. Just keep dosing with Melatonin throughout the night in order to get about five hours of sleep.
Got the Arimidex in yesterday (.25mg/ 2x week). Took that with an injection this morning. Hopefully I'll see some quick improvement.
How long did it take for you to feel the effects of the ADex?

Yep, that was me. Every damn night. Not sure if it was starting the TRT or what, but it pretty much matched up with it, timeline wise.
Like I said, not sure if the ADex helped with the sleep, as I started taking a Mag supplement again as well as an Adaptagen. ADex should have a pretty quick effect I'm sure and it's got a long half life so low dosage/frequency should be enough. Looks like you have the dosage down.

should be better in matter of days, but for sure within 2 weeks
for 99% of people i do not recommend an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex. only if its like your case and you are getting high E symptoms
