When is the CIA sponsored revolution scheduled to start in Chad?

Production has fallen significantly since it first came online. Was over 100k bbl/day at one time. In addition, the oil has a high calcium content with only two refineries being able to process it. One being in Rotterdam (shell) and the other being ExxonMobil refinery in Baton Rouge. The price per bbl had to be heavily discounted to send it anywhere else since it would foul up the other refineries quickly.

Good luck getting that oil to market with only one buyer.

If they willingly become a Chinese puppet state, allow the Chinese to assume all humanitarian aid, as well.

Looks like they're trying to drive home the fact they've been a worthless money pit for the U.S.

Sounds like Exxon pulled a fast one, and Chad wasn't bluffing.
