I don’t follow every criminal case in a nation of over 300 million people and certainly don’t start threads about every case.
There’s a world of difference between blind loyalty to a police state and wanting violent criminals prosecuted. You know this, but your TDS won’t allow you to make the distinction.

Application of law (or lack thereof) in isolation is not the point of the OP. Police brutality is not the point of the OP. Legal mistakes or incompetency are not the point of the OP.
Weaponization of Law through deliberately unequal application is the point of the OP. The applicable term is Lawfare.
