Correct. Altitude is supposed to be 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle, so in this case 1,000 feet above the lights on the field. That C-130 was much lower than that.

To see that big a plane so low was awesome. If we’re gunna do a flyover let’s have a frickin flyover lol

C-130 = GOAT

Setting in the uppers several years ago at Bristol Motor Speedway and I swear I could have touched the damn planes during the flyover.
