Reseller IPTV. What do you watch it on?

I have a regular Windows pc attached to my TV. Use it to watch youtube and netflix and amazon. Previously used it on Kodi until the last app got nuked. Signed up for a reseller IPTV service. Won't mention the name because I don't want to burn it.

Right now, I have downloaded smarterstv for windows and it's ok but not all the features work like I want. Also downloaded bluestacks and using XCIPTV which is ok but not efficient and is kinda glitchy.

I'm looking for ease of use. All the instructions showed mostly using an Amazon Firestick for all the different .apks. Honestly going through an emulator, etc is ok for me, but my wife needs it streamlined a bit. Never had a firestick, can you use a usb keyboard with one? What do you techies suggest using?
