Title: "Look for the Light"

Looks like a full-hour run time.

HBO must have told all their shows this year/season to have intense birth scenes

HBO isn’t scared of the Oscars. They are going head to head tonight.

So is it if your mom gets bit while you’re still inside, you get immunity?

That was a bit anti climatic. Felt like it could’ve been a mid season episode.

Talk about a short episode.

They got the point across about what happened in the hospital. They could have easily made that 10 or 15 minutes longer, but didn’t need to.

Decent action but didn’t do much for me. Way too short as well.

I give the first season a 78/100

As for apocalyptic HBO shows, Station Eleven was far better.

Where’s that guy that was complaining that they wouldn’t show Joel using an AR (M-16) because agendas or something?

That one flew by, but was good nonetheless. Joel’s a badass. Full stop.

This episode felt extremely rushed.

These 8–10 episode seasons are annoying.

I get why they do it, but time between seasons for these shows is starting to push 2 years, which is too long for 10 episodes.

That was a solid episode. Joel is a little selfish

Well, it’s a legitimate moral quandary.

Do you give up your kid (and that’s how he sees her at this point) to save humanity knowing it will kill her?

Or do you try to find another way that wouldn’t kill her?

Pretty cool they used the Ellie from the game for her Mom.

Yeah, he hightailed out of that thread after i pointed out that it was for a different reason than "PC reasons"

That’s a tough one. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t kill the doc who can save humanity though

This episode being so short makes me even more grateful for eps 3 and 7.

Pretty good finale though

Ehh there’s no way of knowing whether the doc could actually save humanity. And his last words were something like “I won’t let you take her.”

The only thing we know for certain is that she would have died.
