The different packs. Wolves within a single pack were assigned the same color.

Wolves are stealthy as hell.

I know exactly a local pack roams but you can rarely find them. You can hear them often though.

The lone wolf is more common than many thikg though, I do see individual wolves coming into town occasionally and we had one that lived for years by himself near the local tourist attraction glacier.
