Could be, tho that doesn’t really pass the smell test.
I tend to think it’s more an issue of governors (e.g., Sarah Sanders) having other commitments, as was previously mentioned.
Otherwise I’d have expected Greg Abbott to be there.

Trump is obviously making people take sides now. The lines are being drawn, and you are going to notice the same cast of characters on one side. I for one, am voting opposite of where the Koch money and globalist “conservative” PACS are pumping millions just like they did every RINO that has run since Reagan.
