I thought it was fairly obvious that it was pilot suicide and the airline conspired with the Malaysian government to cover it up so they don’t have to shell out a massive amount of money in damages.

If it landed/crashed into the Ocean, our passive sonar systems around the world, especially in that region would have detected it.
I have believed since day one that the US Military know exactly where that plane went down. They won't disclose that information because it will disclose the accuracy of our global sonar network.

It crashed in the Indian Ocean somewhere because debris has washed up. The US is probably in on the coverup. They don't want to show weakness to our adversaries and admit Diego Garcia missed the plane.

I was obsessed with the coverage. The cnn panel used to crack me up because it was Don Lemon trying to mediate Richard Quest, some bitch that used to be an FAA director, an author and like 4 curmudgeonly ex pilots just arguing the whole time.

Watched it. Was somewhat interesting in the beginning and then.... fell into some wild conspiracy theory BS real fast

That’s by far the most I’ve ever watched CNN.
They were so desperate for more opinions, basically if you ever flew on a plane you had a decent chance to get on a CNN segment and I loved every minute of it

Watched last light, terrible…. Didn’t learn a single new thing that we didn’t know nearly 10yrs ago.
Most likely explanation is pilot suicide… I vaguely remember the flight simulator stuff, but what was the deal with him flying into the Indian Ocean as opposed to just moving the marker? They glossed over it.
