Hawk's Nest as in the resturant off of Sherwood? I used to work in the building right across the street from there. We had half the 2nd floor and the 3rd and half the 4th.. I remember Home Depot used to have a call center in there and the characters that used to work for them..

Anyway, but before moving buildings we used to go there once a week.

Yes, the owner passed away. The sale was at his house off O’Neal.

They also produced their catalogs there. Worked there maybe 3 months, went to the Nest almost every day. Cold arse beer…

Also the cafe in that building made a kickass breakfast .

The glass elevators in middle with the cafe downstairs that was rarely open.

I remember the Hawk's Nest being on Lobdell between goodwood and government street.
