Your dad needs you. And you need him.

Grief counseling. Take FMLA or some type LOA if that’s an option. Every job is giving lip service on mental health. Call them on it. Your family is reeling and you need time. Tell them you worry for your dad. If your job has those type resources.

Concentrate on him and you will help yourself too.
