Yours is an overly simple post. Tell us about income taxes, Court appointees, abortion, gun rights, school curriculums, trans issues, environmental based regulations, criminal prosecutins, illegal immigration and a dozen other topics from a D vs R perspective. Tell us how they are the same.

Tell me — in great detail — why you believe the current trajectory is sustainable? Whatever differences exist between the two parties — and there are without question significant differences — are arguments on the margins.
Both parties ultimately believe in perpetual wars, unlimited bailouts and endless welfare. Yet at some point gravity is going to take over and its not going to be a soft landing for any of us.
