This is all i heard, his qb coach was the same as leinhart and he kept saying that clausen was as advanced as Matt.

In college he wasn't, i know he had better athletes, but he still was a much better college QB. Yes you can be a great College QB and a shitty NFL qb, without it being because of a system or the talent around you.

I heard the last 3 years ND has been in the Top 5 in Recruiting....Clausen at the time was the #1 QB in the nation...What happened?...for the money ND gave him, they could sway a Petrino or Saban over for a little more $$$...hahaha....

ND wants to be in the mix every year. They arent even close this year. Miles, Meyer, Saban, and even Nutt (AT ole Miss) have done more in less time than the Weiss -all SEC. His whole resume was that he was this great offensive mind- that his team would never get beat on the X and O's- In retrospect Brady did much better after he left, and w/ the spygate crap, you have to wonder if he is even mediocre. He may get them to 8-4 every year, but in part that's because he went to a more competative schedule (backed out of LSU deal)
I'm amazed that ND fans have been this tolerant of a man that is destroying their program.

Notre Dame will hang on to Weiss for 2 more years, but won't reup his contract. They will then fire him after another 3 and 9 season. Once fired Sexton calls Notre Dame and Saban moves to Notre Dame for 6.5 mil a year and a percentage of the TV contract.
Book it. His kids are out of the house and Terry moves to WVA and he moves into a bunker in South Bend.

they finally have stability at QB and Weiss looks to have rid all the Willingham trash and is building his own players
