I got vertigo like stuff the second time I had Covid. That is some wild shite when your head spins and you hit the floor

Not sure why you would get it over a bridge tho

I've had bouts of it over the past two or three years. The speed at which my head just takes off spinning is crazy. It only lasts a bit, and is usually when I get up from laying down or being kicked back in a recliner.

The last time it lasted off and on for almost a week. I was going to try the Epley Maneuver, and even got a neck brace deal to keep from looking down after doing it, but it went away.

I was around someone with COVID and a a few days later I fainted - apparently it's a thing
